The live car is a supporting character in the "Places Not to Play" segment from "Cave Save." It is orange and apparently a sedan.
It looks angry when two of the soccer kids are playing, and the fox kit kicks the ball into the street. The car bumps into the ball, making it bounce back so the kids won't get into the street.
