Lonnie and Jenkins are the main antagonists of "Chem Gems." They are two rats who work for Herbert Dinkwell. They are paid to properly dispose of certain chemicals, but they instead, initially, put them in dumpsters where five careless school children find them and use them in an attempt to mix a stinky brew, and eventually pour them into the river under a bridge. They are spotted by Scotland Yard and while one decides to escape, the other refuses because of the toxic chemicals and they are therefore both arrested.
Lonnie and Jenkins are voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson (the voice of Burble) and Justin Shenkarow (the voice of Nick in this episode), respectively.
