Rocky Squirrel is a character from the book of "Free Wheelin'." His name was also known as "Rocky Racer." He uses his stunts and didn't wear any safety gear. Rocky stopped Charlie that said, "No babies allowed" because they wear safety equipment. Charlie told his friends that he is going to have some fun and he removed his helmets and pads. Rocky told Charlie that he will be a superstar like he is and he'll be taking the test skills. Charlie and Rocky are headed to the park and down the street.
He and Charlie are racing down the stairs at their speed, traveling too fast, and headed straight for the fountain. Burble grabbed Rocky and Charlie that they're about to get crash.
When Charlie and Rocky are safe, Charlie should've listened to K.C. and Noah. Sully and Kitty cleaned Rocky's wound when the police officer gave a ticket to Rocky. The police officer told Rocky that he'll go to the court and pay a fine for not wearing helmets and reckless racing. Rocky's manager told the officer that he won't issuing tickets to Rocky and Rocky will never make another stunt like that and he wants to keep skating. Gabriela told Rocky that it's a big responsibility when people looked it up, no matter how old he is, and he needs to remember to be safe and wear safety gear. Rocky told Charlie that he apologized, so he shouldn't push him to try those stunts. He learned his lesson the hard way.
Since then, Rocky wears his safety gear. He plays by the rules this time. He is now concerned about safety and teaches other people around him about it.
